Standing at 4 inches tall (optional 5" tall edging is available), steel edging can be installed to retain/define just about any turfgrass area, wood mulch bed, ever-spreading groundcover plants or decorative stone/gravel accents within your landscape.
Steel edging is great for high traffic areas too!
The beauty of steel edging lies in its strength. Starting at 1/8" thick (up to 1/4" thickness is available) steel edging is the perfect material for quality minded landscape improvement projects. In comparison, commonly used materials like plastic edging, concrete edging blocks and wood timbers are good, but in my opinion, lack the longevity that commercial grade steel edging has.
If you are of the mindset that less is more, than steel edging may be the perfect material for your landscape. Consider commercial grade steel edging for your next landscape improvement project, you will not be disappointed.
